What is the Metaverse

 

Metaverse is a decentralized network of virtual reality spaces, created by the Metaverse Foundation and its community members. Metaverse is sometimes called the “Internet of Virtual Reality” because it functions like an open-source web-browser for VR/AR spaces. Users can create and visit their own customized VR space or explore one of many public spaces that already exist on the network.

what can be done in the metaverse ?

The Metaverse is a virtual reality space in which users explore and interact with each other. Space owners will be able to create their own spaces outside of the realm of video games – for example, museums, art galleries, or even 3D advertisements. Visitors can experience virtual worlds from the convenience of their own home, taking them to various destinations around the world with no need to travel at all.

Users can create and interact with avatars that mirror their real-world identities. Users can customize their virtual spaces in a variety of ways, including how the environments look, sounds, smells, tastes and textures. They can also choose which of their real-world friends to invite into their spaces.

Metaverse will have a unified cryptocurrency called Metaverse (ETP) – a digital token that seamlessly empowers users to interact with other users on the Metaverse network using wallet software within each virtual space they visit.
